The Knights of Hermes roll out on Friday night before Mardi Gras weekend. They are part of one of the top Mardi Gras triple threat parade lineups. Hermes AKA Mercury was of course the sure footed God of commerce, athletics, and thievery - strange set of spheres to rule over but somehow it works for a Mardi Gras krewe incarnation.
